University of Liverpool
Established in 1881, the University of Liverpool is the original redbrick university. Research is at the heart of everything the university does and there are amazing discoveries taking place every day across their campus. They are globally recognised for their research in a wide range of areas. If your students choose to study here, they will be challenged to think beyond the textbook, lecture-theatre and lab to apply knowledge to the world around them.
The University has a fantastic reputation for making access to education and opportunities to learn available to all, regardless of background, age or financial circumstances. They are consistently in the top three of the Russell Group for the percentage of UK students recruited from neighbourhoods with low participation and we are home to people from every walk of life. Their students enjoy excellent rates of employment when they graduate.
