This session will provide staff who are new to supporting university applications with an introduction to each stage of the UCAS cycle, with additional insight into what happens behind-the-scenes in universities. The jargon that UCAS and universities use will be explained, and we will provide advice about writing personal statements and the UCAS reference.  Resources and contact details of various organisations and schemes who support teachers and students throughout this time will also be shared.
